1st Year Anniversary of Iron Cupcake Chicago

For the month of June as a suggestion from our Iron Cupcake bakers the special ingredient will be... breakfast cereal! Think of your favorite breakfast cereal as a kid... fruity pebbles, fruit loops, etc! Or maybe a more healthy alternative like cheerios. Have fun with this one... can't wait!

We're back at The Irish Bistro to celebrate Iron Cupcake Chicago 1st year anniversary. Enjoy their Monday specials and free parking.

The challenge for April is "COOKIES" a more simple ingredient this time around. Lots of possible cookie and cupcake combinations. Cookies n Cream, Chocolate Chip and Samoa cupcakes to name a few.

The ingredient was chosen by Michelle, since is one of her favorites. She is super excited and looking forward to our CHILE cupcake creations!
